Money Magazine: 100 Best Places To Live in America

July 12, 2010 — Money magazine has published its list of the 100 Best Places To Live in America — this year.

Eden Prairie, Minnesota, a suburb of Minneapolis, takes first place on the list, with Columbia/Ellicott City, MD, Newton, MA, Bellevue, WA and McKinney, TX, rounding out the top five places.

Perhaps you already live in one of these “best places,” or, of more interest, would be Money’s lists of towns with the most affordable homes and cities with the best job opportunities. 

But don’t run out for packing cartons just yet. The grass isn’t always greener — especially if water restrictions are enforced.
